BOOKING AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT IS EASY

  1. FIND YOUR APPOINTMENT WINDOW ▼
    Use our tool to determine the best date based on your stage of pregnancy.
     
  2. SELECT YOUR BOOKING OPTION ▼
    Choose the portal that applies to your insurance coverage (OHIP or non-OHIP).
     
  3. COMPLETE YOUR ELECTRONIC FORMS
    Complete the electronic forms we’ll send to your email within 24 hours of booking.

STEP 1: Determine Optimal Appointment Date

Appointments are available during our Clinic Hours:

Mondays — Friday: 8:30 am — 2:00 pm

STEP 2: Choose Appropriate Booking Portal

STEP 3: Fill Out Electronic Forms

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we will send electronic forms to the email address you provided within 24h. These forms collect important information for your care. Completing them in advance helps make your clinic visit quicker and smoother.

Our phone lines remain open as usual for booking and inquiries, and clinic hours resume normally on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm


Clinic Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
